monthly masterclasses

Our wonderful Monthly Masterclasses take place on the second Saturday of the Month. Guest tutors deliver sessions that take place in the morning from 10am-1pm. Priced at just £48, they are the perfect way to creatively kickstart your weekend.

CRAFT COURSEs - CONTINUED LEARNING
|
Throughout the year Making Space programmes in continued learning craft courses. The courses run weekly over three terms: Spring, Summer & Autumn/Winter. In each term there are two five week blocks. We currently have courses in Ceramics, Silver Clay & Jewellery.

CERAMIC sATURDAYS
|
Led by resident maker Kelly Ottesen, our Ceramics Saturdays will take you on a exploratory journey through the work of ceramics where you will learn a range of technical and experimental processes. On the first Saturday you will do all the making ready to be bisque fired. On the second Saturday you will be ready to experiment and glaze all of your creations ready for the second and final firing.

Craft Community is run by Tanya and Bethany Wood and takes place twice a month. A creative club for adults where participants learn new craft skills and techniques and work on creative projects. An opportunity to enjoy making in a relaxed informal group, meet new people, discover more about creativity and what they enjoy creating.

Craft Club takes place once a month for young people aged 7-14. A space where participants can make friends, learn new craft skills and enjoy creating! The perfect way to get kids using their creativity and imagination whilst making some fantastic projects.

Reach out
|
Reach Out is a programme of activity that is funded by Short Breaks for Hampshire SEN children and young people. Taking place in the school holidays, our sessions are led by professional makers and allow participants to learn new skills, make friends and be in an environment that supports their additional needs. All those attending must have a valid Hampshire Gateway Card+.
