monthly masterclass

Check out our inspiring 2026 Monthly Masterclass Programme which takes place throughout the year on Saturday mornings. We've invited guest tutors to deliver inspiring sessions that are a fun inspiring and open to all!
Sessions run from 10am-1pm and cost £48 each. Materials and light refreshments included in the price. You will leave at the end with a finished item!

A brilliant workshop with the jeweller behind Crystal Crafted. Spend a few hours with the lovely Chelsea learning how to make a silver textured / stamped band ring. Whether you'd like to come with a partner for Valentines Day, a gal pal for some Galentine's Crafting, or simply spend the day giving yourself a little creative TLC - this workshop is for everyone! Learn how to cut, shape and form a band ring and also personalise it with textures or stamps - a heart, an initial or even a significant rune! Leave at the end with a ring per person and a happy heart on Valentines Day!

fused glass landscapes

Spend an enjoyable fused glass workshop designing and creating a classic landscape panel with Elisa Dodd using a variety of cut glass shards, frit, mica and stringers. All work will be fired after the session and will need to be collected at a later date.

indigo silk scarf

A wonderfully creative workshop with resident textile artist Kathryn Green. Transform a plain white silk scarf using inspiring shibori binding and folding to create different patterns and indigo as the exciting dyeing technique. Leave at the end with a beautiful unique scarf ready to wear.

MACRAME PLANT HANGER

Join Tara from Island Macramé in this calming & creative workshop where you’ll learn the essential knots and techniques to make your very own plant hanger to take home.Macramé is a wonderfully mindful craft — slow, rhythmic, and grounding. In this relaxed 3-hour session, you will be guided step-by-step through the process, starting with a short knot-practice to help you build confidence before beginning your main piece. You’ll learn the core knots used in modern macramé, how to structure and shape a plant hanger, simple ways to personalise your design, how to finish your piece beautifully and by the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a completed plant hanger (pot included), ready to display in your home or gift to someone special.

All materials are provided — just come as you are, take a breath, and enjoy a few hours of creative slowing-down. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a relaxing craft experience.

Spend an enjoyable 3hrs exploring fused glass and what's possible with this fascinating craft form. Learn how to cut your own glass pieces to reflect your own design and create colourful suncatchers to hang in your windows at home. All work will be fired after the session and will need to be collected at a later date.

WATERCOLOURS ON YUPO PAPER

Come and be inspired by this Watercolour Workshop  and push your watercolours to a new level. Using synthetic YUPO paper and watercolours,  come and paint an abstracted landscape with resident artist Sue. 

A basic knowledge of watercolour is essential for this class and the day will consist of demos and learning new techniques relevant to this paper. 

The paper will be supplied for you  but please bring your basic watercolour kit including paints and brushes. A foam roller will be a useful addition.

SUMMER LINO PRINTING

Spend 3 relaxing hours exploring playful, nature-inspired motifs, as you learn the art of hand-carved lino printing. Frankie will guide you through simple carving and printing techniques, to help you create your own unique prints. Perfect for anyone wanting to unwind creatively. No experience needed and beginner friendly.

WILLOW  SWIFTS & SWALLOWS

Join willow sculptor Jacquie from Willow and Crafts.
​
Jacquie will guide you through the process of crafting your very own willow swift and swallow, such charming decoration for your home or garden.

Display them hanging and moving in the airflow, or attached to a wall or fence.
Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a first-time DIY-er, this workshop is suitable for all skill levels. You will need reasonable hand dexterity and wrist strength to take part.

TYPOGRAPHIC EMBROIDERY HOOP ART

Come and create an eye catching piece of embroidery based around lettering. Choose from an initial, a word or a short piece of text and let this become the focal point of your design. Learn how to use embroidery to make marks and patterns experimenting with a variety of stitches. All of which is contained within an embroidery hoop ready to be made pride of place. Bethany will guide you to making your very own hoop art through shape, colour and stitch!

PAPER CLAY LANTERNS

Paper clay lanterns are made from porcelain clay infused with flax. This clay is strong and flexible with the added benefit of being great for texturing. Once fired the lanterns are translucent allowing for light to shine through. Perfect for cosy evenings or festive displays.

Embrace winter wonderland in this cosy 3-hour linocut workshop. Spark your seasonal creativity as Frankie guides you through the magic of carving lino and hand printing.
