RESIDENTIAL STUDIOS
Our seven residential studios are intended as start-up spaces for makers at the outset of their professional practice, but from time to time more established artists take up residency as well. Each studio is approximately 16m square, and these are let for a minimum of one year up to a maximum of five. Tenancy includes 24/7 access, metered electricity, parking, Wi-Fi and all the benefits of being part of a thriving creative community.
2026 RESIDENT MAKER VACANCIES
This year Making Space will have studio spaces available from the Spring onwards.
They will be available for Individual or Co-Making tenancies' and located at our sites in Leigh Park and Rowlands Castle. Prices start at £275 a month for solo occupancy or £200 per month for shared.
We are doing an initial expression of interest for artists and makers looking for a new studio space.
